Our products

We offer jewelry made out of different materials. We use stainless steel, sterling silver or goldplated/silverplated brass. Exact product details can be found in the respective product description. All pieces of jewelry are nickelfree and suitable for allergy sufferers.

Although our jewelry is made of highquality materials, we recommend that you take it off when showering or exercising so that it retains its shine and gives you pleasure for as long as possible. If you want to clean your jewelry, use a microfiber cloth and “polish” it.

All our bracelets and necklaces are adaptable in size and, therefore, can be adjusted to fit your wrist perfectly. You can find exact details regarding size and length in each product description.

Ordering procedure and shipping:

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Direct bank transfer

The shipping costs within Germany are 3€. The shipping costs for all other countries are 4€.

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Hamburg, Germany.

All orders are ready for shipment within 24 hours. The delivery times are:

Germany: 1-3 working days
Europe: 2-5 working days
USA: 3-7 working days
South America: 8-12 working days
Asia: 6-10 working days
Australia 5-8 working days

We ship with Deutsche Post DHL Group. All shipments are sent as goods or international goods shipments and have a tracking number.

Cancellation and refunds

If you or your recipient don’t like the jewelry, that is no problem. You have 14 days to cancel your purchase and return it to us. All details can be found in our cancellation policy.

You will receive the refund of the purchase price within 48 hours of the arrival of the products at our office.

The credit note will be refunded via the previously used payment procedure.
